Welcome to Chester, Pennsylvania, 2008.
I took this picture in 2008, too far back for me to remember the location. I wonder if you could use Google Maps street view, find all of the places where a main road crosses the Chester border, and then check to landscape to see if you can see the brick house that is barely visible in my picture. Maybe you could see the sign, but I doubt it would be the same one.
